Our customers’ success is our success. It sounds like another generic business axiom but it’s true. We will only be as relevant as our customers determine us to be. It’s why we get goosebumps whenever a customer receives recognition using our product or we receive a note stating satisfaction.
Recently, Kyatchi received the Star Tribune‘s “Best Hot Dog in MN” award. The South Minneapolis restaurant is new but has a super-talented roster running the show. Owners Sam and Sarah Peterson (siblings) and head chef Hide Tozawa have taken our all-beef, dry-aged, uncured weiner to another level.
Rick Nelson, food writer extraordinaire at the ‘Trib, calls the dogs “terrific” and mentions that “it seemed inconceivable that my frugal Scandinavian self would ever happily fork over $9 for a hot dog.”
If you’re interested in re-acquainting yourself with a childhood favorite but don’t want the questionable ingredients that can be found in some hot dogs, let us know! We want to hook you up.
